Essay

The urgency of the research topic is due to the fact that in recent decades China has set a course to create a strong competitive state in the world, which has led to increased interest in Western cultures and practices. This requires the creation of conditions for the improvement of specialists from all fields, able to prove themselves in international economic and technological competition. Physical education is no exception, because it is physical education that creates the basis for the formation of a physically healthy, intellectually and spiritually developed person. First of all, it concerns the training of specialists in physical education, which is an integral part of education. The present stage, according to China's chosen direction of development, in the training of specialists in physical education and sports - future physical education teachers, there are several problems that need to be addressed. The first problem is the need for a harmonious combination of traditional Chinese practices in physical education with the implementation of the Western approach, focused on the sports for which competitions are held in the world. The second problem is the need to combine the implementation of an individual approach, which consists in the implementation of the relevant program, with the study of basic types. The third problem is the need to take into account the individual characteristics of students when improving in the chosen sport. For the first time theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested the effectiveness of the program of individual approach to future physical education teachers of the People's Republic of China; the concept of "program of implementation of individual approach of future physical education teachers of the People's Republic of China"; further development of the provisions of the program of individual approach in improving the chosen sport of future physical education teachers of the People's Republic of China: determining the general and individual factor structure of complex training of applicants in the chosen sport, determining groups of applicants by degree of similarity preparedness; selection of appropriate means of training influence for certain groups of applicants.
