Essay

The dissertation is a theoretical and methodological and experimental study of professional training of future social workers to work with young families in need of legal support. It is devoted to the study of the problems of professional training of future social employers to work with young families in the current development of civil society and law country both in Ukraine and abroad. The results of the analysis revealed a lack of research and identified the main problems of changing family relationships among young families, in particular: the destruction of family relationships; reduction of the educational function of the family, due to reduced communication and control of children, parental influence; increasing the risk of divorce and the growth of single-parent families; the demise of family traditions, which is the basis for preserving family values and family identification. The study substantiates the importance of this training due to the lack of proper social and legal protection by the state for young families. In order to overcome a number of problems that arise among young families, the state should support them in the following areas: study of the problems of young families, the causes of their occurrence; recording statistics on problems that arise in young families; search for opportunities to solve them; analysis of scientific-theoretical and methodological-practical activity in work with young families; development and implementation of social projects to address the problems of young families; improvement of current legislation and implementation of new regulations. 11 Generalization of psychological and pedagogical research, the experience of higher educational establishments on the training of future social workers to work with young families made it possible to identify components of such successful training: – analysis of the modern development of our society; – consistency with the conditions of modern development of society, the content of the system of professional training of future social workers; – organization of the process of professional training of future social workers to work with young families in educational establishments; – compliance with the content of the degree of training of social specialists in all establishments of higher education; – application of modern teaching methods in the process of professional training of future social workers to work with young families; – development of own methods and forms of work in the process of professional training of future social workers to work with young families, which would correspond to the modern realities of society. Accordingly, the professional training of future social workers to work with young families is defined and substantiated; features of social and pedagogical work of social workers in work with young families are characterized; developed a pyramid of problems for young families; developed group classes in working with young families on the basis of the proposed methods and questionnaires among young families; developed an information manual for students majoring in 231 "Social Work" and for social workers for use in professional activities.
