The dissertation is devoted to solving a complex scientific and applied problem, which consists in understanding the essence of criminal law support for the protection of law enforcement officers by studying the positive experience of foreign countries. The following tasks are consistently solved in the work: to define the concept and establish the signs of criminal-legal provision for the protection of law enforcement officials; to reveal the social conditionality of the criminal law provision for the protection of law enforcement officers in Ukraine; to reveal the objective signs of criminal offenses against law enforcement officers; to reveal the subjective signs of criminal offenses against law enforcement officers; to establish the specifics of criminal liability for criminal offenses against law enforcement officers; to explore the dawn of criminal law protection of law enforcement officers in the countries of the Romano-Germanic legal family; explore the dawn of criminal law enforcement in the countries of the Anglo-American legal family; to explore the dawn of criminal law protection of law enforcement officers in the countries of the Far East; Explore the Dawn of Criminal Defense for Law Enforcement Officers in Central Asian Countries.
