The dissertation presents the results of research of theoretical and scientificmethodical provisions, as well as the development of practical recommendations for improving the processes of formation, management and evaluation of the intellectual potential of machine-building enterprises. The object of study is the process of development of intellectual potential of machine-building enterprises. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical developments to assess the intellectual potential of machine-building enterprises. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study were the fundamental provisions of economic theory, methodological developments and scientific works of leading scientists on the development of intellectual potential of machine-building enterprises.
