The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation, development of theoretical principles and practical recommendations for sustainable development of territorial entities in the context of inclusive growth. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of scientifically grounded theoretical and methodological principles that can be used in the activities of state, local authorities and local self-government bodies to achieve sustainable development and ensure the inclusion of all segments of the population in the development of a particular territory. This takes into account economic, social, environmental and other aspects aimed at improving the quality of life of residents and preserving natural resources. It also includes specific goals, objectives and measures to achieve these goals, as well as mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating results.
