The study is devoted to theoretical and experimental justification of pedagogical terms on health preservation of younger teenagers – by means of contemporary dance, at out-of-school educational institutions. The developed model of pedagogical terms on health preservation of young teenagers, using contemporary dance at out-of-school educational institutions is presented. It consists of individual but interconnected elements, which ensures integrity of process on forming the health preservation of young teenagers by means of contemporary dance at out-of-school educational institutions, namely: goal, tasks, methodological approach, pedagogical terms, contemporary dance teaching methods, health preservation components (motivational-cognitive, physical-motional, psychosocial) and their formation levels (high, above average, medium, and low), the method of health preservation of young teenagers by means of contemporary dance, which provides using appropriate methods, forms and teaching aids, method of teaching of contemporary dance that provided the specific pedagogical terms ensure the achievement of the main goal – increasing the level of formation of health preservation components of young teenagers, using contemporary dance at out-of-school. To achieve a goal of forming the high level of health preservation of young teenagers, using contemporary dance at out-of-school educational institutions, the following pedagogical terms were defined: forming positive social environment via motivation to joint creative activities in contemporary dance teaching; directing the content of contemporary dance teaching process to forming the emotional and volitional sphere and spiritual development of young teenagers on the basis of person-centered approach and implementation of techniques and forms of contemporary dance teaching directed psychophysical development and using improvisation as a means of self-expression. Reveals the influence of the pedagogical terms and the model of health preservation on physical health and physical fitness of young teenagers, dynamics in biodynamic and coordination structure of the main motor elements of contemporary dance, level of motivation to healthy lifestyle, psycho-emotional state and socialization process, which ensured defining the formation of health preservation in young teenagers, at forming stage of experiment. Obtained study results confirmed the effectiveness of developed model and specific pedagogical terms on health preservation of young teenagers, using contemporary dance at out-of-school educational institutions. The dynamics of the levels of formation of health preservation’s components indicates that at the end of the pedagogical experiment the number of children with high and medium levels of experimental group increased and with low levels decreased. Scientific novelty of obtained results is that the content and structure of health preservation in young teenagers, by means of contemporary dance at out-of-school educational institutions, were justified for the first time; pedagogical terms of health preservation in young teenagers, by means of contemporary dance at out-of-school educational institutions were detected/scientifically justified; method of contemporary dance teaching, for health preservation in young teenagers at out-of-school educational institutions was developed; biomechanical and coordination structure in basic motional elements of contemporary dance was revealed. The essence of basic concepts «health preservation», «contemporary dance», «health preservation for younger teenagers by means of contemporary dance at out-of-school educational institutions» is specified. The organizational and methodological tools for diagnosing physical health, physical fitness, psycho-emotional state and the process of socialization of young adolescents have been improved, ways for increasing motivation for choreography classes for younger teenagers, scientific data on the dynamics of physical health, physical fitness, psycho-emotional state and the process of socialization of young adolescents are implemented at out-of-school educational institutions.
