The dissertation is devoted to the development of conceptual provisions for determining the fair value of agricultural enterprises in emerging markets and building a set of economic and mathematical models to improve the effectiveness of existing conceptual approaches to assessing the fair value of enterprises. The object of the study is the fair value of agricultural enterprises operating in emerging markets. The subject of the study is a set of conceptual approaches and relevant economic and mathematical methods and models used to assess the fair value of the enterprise.
