Dehtiarov A. Implementation mechanisms of the state policy of innovative and investment development of entrepreneurship

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical solution of the scientific tasks to improve the mechanism for implementing the state policy of innovation and investment development of entrepreneurship. The work is formed conceptual and categorical apparatus of scientific research by definition such concepts as "entrepreneurship", "state support". The specifics of the use of the terms "small business", "state support of entrepreneurship", "financial mechanism for implementing the state policy of innovation and investment development of entrepreneurship" are defined. Theoretical bases of formation of the mechanism of innovative and investment development of business is defined and practical recommendations concerning its improvement are substantiated. It is established that the policy of state support for innovation and investment development of entrepreneurship is a complex economic system. It has the following characteristics: consists of interconnected elements that form its internal structure and exist in interaction with the external environment; its operation requires the availability of resources; it is guided by the control center, which ensures the achievement of the goal.
