Essay

The dissertation raises the issue of forming the readiness of future educators of preschool institutions for pedagogical interaction with the families of children of internally displaced persons in the conditions of PEI. The relevance of the study is socially determined, because, as a result of forced migration, several social, pedagogical, psychological problems are exacerbated. In particular, children from such families are a particularly vulnerable category, because their emotional sphere is labile, which causes intense reactions. Crisis processes in society negatively affect the mental state of preschoolers, cause anxiety, tension, feelings of insecurity in the future, fatigue from instability, and sometimes cruelty. Thus, the pedagogical teams of PEI face difficult tasks both for families and for children. Namely: to help adapt to new conditions; to create a favorable environment for the comprehensive personal development of children, meeting their socio-cultural needs and interests in various activities in the child; systematically provide assistance to families in difficult life situations to successfully solve internal family problems. In the context mentioned above, many legislative and regulatory documents are of particular methodological importance. In particular, the legal ones include: the Constitution of Ukraine (2014), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), the Declaration of the Rights of the Child (1959), the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (2014), the National Strategy for Human Rights until 2020 (2021 ), The Law of Ukraine “On Child Protection” (2021), “On Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons” (2014), “On Ensuring Organizational and Legal Conditions for Social Protection of Orphans and Children Deprived of Parental Care” (2021); Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict (2004); Convention on the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labor (2000); Family Code of Ukraine (2021); Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Registration of Internally Displaced Persons” (2020), “On Approval of the Comprehensive State Program on Support, Social Adaptation and Reintegration of Citizens of Ukraine Relocated from the Temporarily Occupied Territory of Ukraine and Areas of Anti-Terrorist Operation to Other Regions of Ukraine to 2017” (2017), On approval of the Procedure for granting the status of a child affected by hostilities and armed conflicts (2021), On improving the material security of orphans and children deprived of parental care (1998), On improving the upbringing, education, social protection and material security of orphans and children deprived of parental care” (2003); Educational Spheres: Law of Ukraine “On Education” (2017), “On Preschool Education” (2001), “On Higher Education” (2014), Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the State National Program“ Education ” (“ Ukraine of the XXI Century ”) (1996), On approval of the Regulations on preschool education (2003), State standard of preschool education of Ukraine “Basic component of preschool education in Ukraine ” (2021), National Doctrine of Education Development (2002), National Strategy for Education Development in Ukraine period until 2021 (2013), Letter of the Ministry of Education and Science “On admission to preschool educational institutions of children who came from Donetsk and Luhansk regions for permanent or temporary residence in other settlements of Ukraine” (2014).
