Essay

In the dissertation, for the first time, a historical and pedagogical study of the genesis of ideas of the developing educational environment for preschool and primary school children in Ukrainian pedagogical discourse in 1899-1930 was carried out; historiography and sources were analyzed and systematized, the state of research of this problem in historical and pedagogical sources was clarified; periodization of the formation and development of ideas of the developing educational environment for children of preschool and primary school age in 1899-1930 was developed; the contribution of teachers, who worked on the territory of Ukraine occupied by Russia in the development of ideas of developing educational environments for children (preschool and primary school age) and their implementation in the program support of preschool and primary education of children is dwelled on; the key concept of the study "the developing educational environment", "ideas of a developing educational environment" is specified and justified. Based on the results of the analysis of legislative and regulatory documents, the scientific problem of research is actualized in the context of the concept of a New Ukrainian School (2017).
