The problem of educators’ preparing for educational and consultative activity with parents has been examined, the new approach to its solution which is to introduce organizational and methodological conditions for the development of educators’ readiness for educational and counseling activity with parents in the methodological work of preschool education has been proposed in the thesis. The theoretical foundations of the development of educators’ readiness for educational and consultive work with parents in the system of methodical work of preschool education have been discovered on the base of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and sources of management. It has been pointed out such main definitions as "educational and consultive activity", " educators’ consultative activity", "readiness for educational and consultive activity of the educator in PEI"; the scientific researches on the development of educators’ readiness for educational and consultative activities; achievements of modern practitioners that substantiate the content and functions of the methodological work of preschool education as a center of development of educators’ readiness for educational and consultive activity with parents. It is presented the definition of "readiness for educational and consultive activity of educators’ in PEI" as a quality that allows to implement the education of pupils’ parents about the development of preschool children; to create an educational environment with parents using modern technologies of communication; to provide an individual approach to help parents organising the consultations on pedagogical issues of child development and to involve specialists of narrow directions and specializations in consultative and educational activities. It has been proved the structural components of the researching quality: motivational which includes professional, pragmatic motives and motives of prestige; the knowledge of educational (functions, styles, forms) and consultive (goals, types, forms, methods of organization) activities; personal that includes pedagogical tact, empathy, self-control, ability to listen (reactivity), the desire for self-improvement, organization; organizational and technological that includes applied and organizational skills and methodological competence. It has been determined the levels of development of the researching readiness (low, satisfied), high) and their content.
