Essay

The object of research is the process of formation of creative competence of future specialists in decorative and applied arts. The subject of research - pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative competence of future specialists in decorative and applied arts. The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative competence of future specialists in decorative and applied arts. The scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time the pedagogical conditions of formation of creative competence of future arts and crafts specialists are theoretically substantiated and developed, which eventually provide: formation of personality-oriented motivation of future arts and crafts specialists to master creative competence; observance of stages and sequence in the process of formation of creative competence of future arts and crafts specialists in the institutions of higher education; creation of individual-creative environment as a tool of formation of creative competence of future arts and crafts specialists; the essence and structure of creative competence of future arts and crafts specialists are specified; the forms and methods of formation of creative competence of future arts and crafts specialists, methods of diagnostics of efficiency of the organization of educational process in establishments of higher education are improved; further development of scientific ideas about the peculiarities of professional training of future arts and crafts specialists, criteria and levels of creative competence of future arts and crafts professionals. The practical significance of the research is that the developed pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative competence of future arts and crafts specialists can be used by teachers of professional disciplines, as well as curators to develop forecasting skills, non-standard creative decisions, forming their own innovative and individual-creative style; skills of self-analysis of the results of their own practical activities; redefining one's own creative activity; ability to use a creative approach in practice.
