Huseinov I. The theoretical aspects of mechanism of realization of norms of financial law

The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work devoted to a comprehensive study of theoretical and practical aspects, which are devoted to the mechanism of implementation of financial law. The purpose and objectives of the study led to the choice of the structure of the dissertation research, which consists of an introduction, two sections, conclusions and a list of sources used. The result is a high level of relevance of this topic. The dissertation research reviews the domestic and foreign scientific literature related to the reflection of the problems of the mechanism of implementation of financial law, as well as an analysis of the historical genesis of this category. Along with this, the views of various scholars on understanding the mechanism of law enforcement, control and counteraction to negative phenomena in the field of financial activities of the state. There are also substantiated proposals for changes and improvements in financial legislation to regulate the implementation of financial law. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that the dissertation is a complex research, in which for the first time in domestic science an attempt made to provide a conceptual justification and a comprehensive analysis of the mechanism of implementation of financial law. In the course of the dissertation research a number of new scientific conceptual positions, conclusions and generalizations formulated which are important for domestic science and taken into account in the process of Ukrainian state formation.
