Zhylin O. Regulation of the agricultural land market in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical bases, including theoretical positions and development of scientific and practical recommendations directed on perfection of measures, tools, mechanisms of regulation of the agricultural land market in Ukraine. The current price forecast for agricultural land based on the model of monitoring factor indicators of pricing in the agricultural land market. Predicted scenarios of pricing dynamics such as linear, exponential and logarithmic trends based on clustering of regions of Ukraine in terms of supply and demand in the agricultural land market have been prepared. It is researched that the main realization directions of the conceptual model of the potential land ownership relations should be: introduction of the regulated market of agricultural lands; regulation of lease relations in order to ensure the balance of economic interests of the subjects of land relations; effective use of financial and tax levers for the implementation of land ownership.
