Essay

The object – technical training of athletes in martial arts; the goal – to justify the technical training program for athletes (middleweight division) during the preliminary basic training stage in kickboxing (ISKA version) considering the efficiency of tactical and technical actions ; the methods – theoretical (analysis and generalization of literary sources), sociological (questionnaires), pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty – for the first time the athletes technical training program at the preliminary basic training stage was substantiated and differences of technical and tactical actions in the conditions of athletes competitive activity (according to ISKA version) at the preliminary basic training stage within middleweight division were revealed; the scientific data on qualification differences of technical and tactical actions of qualified athletes were improved; the scientific data on the contribution of sensorimotor reactions of athletes in ensuring the effectiveness of technical training of kickboxers were improved; the scientific approaches to the construction of technical training of qualified athletes in martial arts were improved; the results - the author's technical training program for athletes at the preliminary basic training stage in kickboxing, which can be used in sports clubs and groups of preliminary basic training of CYSS in kickboxing (according to ISKA) was developed, the methodological materials for training future coaches and martial arts specialists were selected; specialization - physical education and sports.
