The analysis of the scientific and theoretical concepts and the approaches to the study of the problem of the pedagogical reflection as the way of the modeling of the personal self-determination of the future specialists of law has been presented in the work; the essence of the pedagogical reflection as the way of the educational activity of the teachers and the competitors of higher education has been revealed and the role, the ways and the prospects of the development of the pedagogical reflection in the formation of the personal self-determination of the future bachelors of law in the process of professional preparation have been outlined The scientific novelty and the theoretical significance of the scientific work have been determined, which consist in the fact that: Firstly, the pedagogical reflection has been determined as the basic professionally important quality of the personal self-determination of the future specialist of law, which appears as the ability to the certain type of purpose activity related to the conceptual modeling of the ideas, the principles, the approaches of productive process of the formation of personal self-determination of the competitors; the potential of the pedagogical reflection as the way of the transformation of the implicit assumptions, the latent factors of the impect on the process of the personal self-determination of the future specialists into the clear subject of the research and the constructive activity have been installed; the role of the pedagogical reflection in the providing of the effective organizational conditions of the professional preparation of the future bachelors of law has been revealed; the theoretical model of the use of the pedagogical reflection in the formation of the personal self - determination of the future lawyers by the reflexive procedures of the development of soft skills has been formed and grounded. The idea of the pedagogical reflection as a component of the process of the personal self-determination of the future bachelors of law, about the role of the pedagogical reflection in the directing of the thinking of competitors on the understand of the ways of the formation of their own (individual) efforts in understanding of the principles of the personal self-determination and the fixation of the levels of its growth, on the development of the general and the professional competencies and soft skills have been widened. The conceptual principles and the scientific approaches as for the problem of the pedagogical reflection as the way of the modeling of the personal self-determination of the future bachelors of law have been received further development; the characteristic of the professional preparation of the future specialists of law and the theoretical and methodical principles of their active professional preparation has been supplemented contextually and interdisciplinary.
