The dissertation analyses the main directions of development of the "smart" home systems development commercial sphere and the main achievements and research to improve the efficiency of "smart" home systems. Improved the method of licensing synthesis, deployment, scaling and load optimization in "smart" home systems through the introduction of cloud computing, developed an information model of "smart" home system synthesized components structures, developed tools for efficient and fast processing of large data amounts in "smart" house systems with the use of architectural template Redux, developed a method of controlling devices connected to the systems of "smart" house based on the operation of artificial intelligence algorithms, namely the algorithm of the artificial neural network. The study developed models of home appliances operation based on Petri nets, a method of the "smart" home emulation and developed a distributed information technology for automated control of "smart" home appliances based on Petri nets using artificial intelligence algorithms.
