Benko N. State regulation of the reproduction of human capital in the innovative development of the country

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of state regulation by reproduction of human capital. Theories to solve the problems of improving state regulation by reproduction of the human capital of the country are theoretically substantiated and proposed in this work. A systematic analysis of the development of human capital and state regulation of its reproduction has shown that in modern economic conditions the competitive-ness of the Ukrainian economy on the world market can be achieved only through a stable transition to an innovative model focused on human capital. Thus, the repro-duction, at the level of modern requirements of human capital is one of the urgent tasks of the state in the socio - economic development of the country. The study of the tasks of improving state regulation by the reproduction of hu-man capital, the development of human capital as a strategic component of economic development, are justified by the radical changes taking place in the country's econo-my. Human capital has become a decisive factor in social and economic progress. Under such conditions, solving the problems of improving state regulation by reproducing human capital will provide the basis for sustainable economic growth, competitiveness of the country, in the long run, on the basis of national human capi-tal.
