The dissertation deals with the problem of forming readiness of the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions.
The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the research is that:
– for the first time the pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions have been determined and scientifically grounded (formation of steady positive motivation for the future professional activity; use of traditional and innovative forms and methods of training of the future educators of higher educational institutions on realization of inclusive education; improvement of educational and methodical support of preparation of the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions; intensification of independent work of the future educators in practical activity); the author’s structural-functional model of formation of readiness of the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions has been developed, which consists of four blocks: conceptual-target (social order, purpose, scientific approaches, principles); content (disciplines of general and special training, special course «Organization of Work of the Educator with Children in Inclusive Groups of Pre-School Educational Institutions», scientific-research work of students, pedagogical practice), technological (stages of preparation, forms, methods, means), effective (components, criteria, levels, result);
– the criteria of readiness of the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions with appropriate indicators have been improved (motivational-target; cognitive-operational; practical-activity; reflexive-creative) based on the competence approach and level of readiness of the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions (high, sufficient, average, low); the content of disciplines «Inclusive education», «Fundamentals of defectology and logopedics», «Pre-school pedagogy with practical work», «Theory and methods of cooperation between pre-school educational institutions and families», «Mindset training of communicativeness», «Social pedagogy»;
– the essence and the content of the concepts «readiness», «readiness of the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions» have been specified and concretized;
– the theory and methods of preparing the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions have been further developed.
The practical significance of the obtained results is in the development and implementation of the special course «Organization of Work of the Educator with Children in Inclusive Groups of Pre-School Educational Institutions» into the educational process of higher educational institutions (program, lectures, work out of methods of practical classes, tasks for independent and individual work); in experimental approbation of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future educators for professional activity in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions; development of diagnostic methods for assessing the levels of readiness of the future educators for professional activities in inclusive groups of pre-school educational institutions; educational and methodical manual «Professional Training of the Future Educators to Work with Children in Inclusive Groups of Pre-School Educational Institutions»; methodological recommendations for different types of practice in the specialty 012 Preschool Education for the applicants of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education; development and implementation of a selective discipline «Theory and Practice of the Activity of Assistant Educator in Pre-School Educational Institution»; educational and methodical complex of materials from general training disciplines, such as: «Inclusive education», «Fundamentals of defectology and logopedics» and professional training: «Pre-school pedagogy with practical work», «Theory and methods of cooperation between pre-school educational institutions and families», «Mindset training of communicativeness», «Social pedagogy»; video libraries with cartoons, popular science, documentaries and educational videos; a list of online platforms for non-formal education to increase inclusive competence.
