The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of preparation of future officers of airborne assault troops for professional activity on the basis of acmeological approach. The methodological and didactic potential of the acmeological approach as a conceptual reference point of professional training of future officers of the tactical level (assault troops) is analyzed; current trends in the training of future officers of the tactical level (assault troops) in higher military educational institutions (HMEIs) of Ukraine are highlighted.
Based on a detailed analysis of legal documents, the Standard of Higher Education of Ukraine of the first (bachelor's) level, field of knowledge 25 - Military Sciences, National Security, State Border Security, specialty 253 - Military Administration (by type of armed forces), modern educational practice future officers we offered pedagogical conditions of preparation for professional activity of future officers of airborne AT on the basis of acmeological approach. Such factors include: ensuring the motivation of future officers of airborne AT to enrich their professional knowledge, skills, abilities; integration of general and special professional knowledge of cadets by intensification of preparation for professional activity by means of acmeological technologies; enrichment of acme-experience of military-combat response of future officers of airborne AT in simulated educational and professional situations; directing cadets to self-control of educational achievements based on the use of information technology. The implementation of the outlined pedagogical conditions took place in 3-4 school years during the study of disciplines "General Tactics", "Military Pedagogy and Psychology", "Action Management and Tactics of AT units", "Airborne Training".
The proposed structural and functional model of preparation for professional activity of future officers of AT on the basis of acmeological approach reflects the content, logic and stages of research and experimental activities and is reflected in five interrelated blocks, namely: target, theoretical and methodological, resource, activity-procedural, control-evaluation. In the context of the study, the developed scheme is interpreted as an ideal construction that represents a graphic and verbal-logical description of purposeful pedagogical interaction of subjects of educational process of HMEI using tools, methods, forms of acmeological approach and allows to reproduce author's ideas real educational process of higher education.
The author's method of realization of pedagogical conditions and structural-functional model of preparation for professional activity of future officers of airborne AT on the basis of acmeological approach was introduced into the educational process during the formative stage of experimental research. Cadets who were members of control groups (CG) studied selected disciplines according to traditional methods in accordance with generally accepted curricula. While training in experimental groups (EG) was carried out on the basis of consistent, algorithmic, purposeful application of acmeological technologies in the educational process of higher education.
The practical significance of the dissertation research is the development of an innovative method of applying the acmeological approach in the educational process of higher education institutions for the purposeful formation of the readiness of future officers of airborne AT to professional activities; update of the content of the courses "General Tactics", "Military Pedagogy and Psychology", "Action Management and Tactics of AT", "Airborne Training" by using the author's didactic materials to ensure a positive atmosphere for cadets to achieve educational "acme"; development and use of author's methodical recommendations for teachers on the use of acmeological approach in the process of preparation for professional activity of future AT officers. In the course of research and experimental work, a package of diagnostic methods was systematized to study the state of formation of readiness of future airborne AT officers for professional activity.
The obtained results of scientific research can be used during the development of educational programs and educational-methodical complexes to ensure effective use of acmeological approach to professional training of future AT officers as a basis for professional development of cadets; in the process of writing monographs, textbooks, manuals on vocational training, theory and methods of vocational education, performing master's, diploma, term papers, developing concepts for developing the system of higher military education in Ukraine.
