The proposed changes to the structure of units responsible for the implementation of compliance policy include the formation of the following departments: internal audit, risk management, anti-corruption, data analytics and reporting. Changing the structure of the relevant department will strengthen anti-corruption activities and ensure unity basic compliance functions; methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of NNEGC Energoatom's public consultations in NPP satellite cities, which, in contrast to the existing ones, provide for the analysis of compliance with the regulatory framework and the principles of social responsibility. Using this approach made it possible to identify problems and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of public consultations and dialogue with the public; methodical approaches to the analysis of factors of enterprise development, which in contrast to the existing ones include a detailed classification of external and internal factors and cover all levels of enterprise functioning: micro-level, meso-level, macro-level, mega-level.
