Palovski Y. Psychological factors of emotional burnout of business executives.

The work is devoted to theoretical and empirical substantiation of psychological factors of business managers' emotional burnout and development of corresponding preventive and corrective measures. In the work specificity of professional managerial activity as objective precondition of emotional burnout is revealed; the factors influencing risk of burnout of business managers (managerial abilities and a management style, career orientations, value-motivational conflicts, stress coping strategies, individual-typological features, locus of control, self-esteem, specificity of emotions, openness to experience, cognitive flexibility, emotional intelligence, etc.) are outlined.
