Essay

The theoretic and methodological base of research has been improved in the dissertation. It has been established that the linguistic culture and linguocultural concepts are effective tools for ensuring national and, in particular, information security. It has been proved that in recent years the linguocultural map of the world has been dynamically changing under the influence of the global security challenges. These challenges transform the system of established meanings in conceptual pictures of the world of speakers of the studied languages, and, therefore, linguoconceptual searches are acquiring particular importance. It has been determined that Ukrainian linguoconceptual scientific schools turn their activities in the applied direction, establishing the concept as one of the tools for ensuring information security of the state; scientists in Germany and Hungary are more drawn to the theoretical aspects of conceptual linguistics.
