Zaitsev I. Training of Future Naval Infantry Units Officers by Means of Information and Communication Technologies

The thesis is devoted to the issue of training future naval infantry officers by information communication technology tools. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the following: – for the first time determined, scientifically substantiated and experimentally tested organizational and pedagogical conditions for training future naval infantry officers by ICT (organization of independent work of cadets by ICT; introduction of modern computer-based methods and tools of educational process in higher military educational institutions; professional training of future officers); the author’s structural-functional model of training of future naval infantry officers by ICT tools is developed, which consists of blocks: content-target (purpose, methodological approaches, principles, tasks of training); organisational-procedural (academic disciplines, ICT tools, organisational-pedagogical conditions; effective (components, criteria and levels of readiness); – improved the essence of components and criteria of readiness of future naval infantry officers for professional activity is improved taking into account specifics of their preparation, and also qualitative characteristics of levels of readiness for professional activity of future naval infantry officers; – the concept of «training of future naval infantry officers by means of ICT», «readiness of future naval infantry officers for professional activity» was detailed and specified. The content of training future naval infantry officers by means of ICT was further developed. The practical significance of the obtained results is that methodological recommendations have been developed to improve the training of future naval infantry officers by ICT («Training of future naval infantry officers by information communication technologies»), which can be used by research and teaching staff of higher military educational institutions in education, the process of training future servicemen; the organizational and pedagogical conditions and the structural and functional model of training future naval infantry officers by ICT tools were experimentally tested. The thesis materials can be used in higher military educational institutions, in retraining and advanced training courses for officers, in the process of writing training and educational manuals, methodologists to improve methodological manuals and recommendations on training future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, research and teaching staff higher military educational institutions in the organization of the educational process.
