Okhremenko S. Formation of professional competence of future skilled workers in the construction industry using online technologies.

The thesis research proposes a new approach to solving the current scientific and practical problems of future skilled workers professional competence formation pedagogical conditions effectiveness theoretical justification and experimental verification in the construction industry and relevant pedagogical macrotechnology using online technologies in vocational education. The professional competence formation problem elaboration analysis level, standards of vocational education and educational process of modern institutions of vocational education of construction profile is carried out; research of theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of professional competence -content and structure, its criteria, indicators, indicators and indices, balanced system of pedagogical conditions and macrotechnology of formation; experimental verification of the effectiveness of the method of forming the professional competence of future skilled workers in the construction industry on the basis of an appropriate balanced system of pedagogical conditions. The results of thesis research can be used to form and measure the professional competence of future skilled workers; for development of separate methods of measurement of metric indicators of professional competence and separate macrotechnologies of its formation; to create content for educational and methodological support of vocational training and to organize a system of continuing online education.
