Essay

The dissertation develops theoretical provisions, methodological support and developed practical proposals for corporate security of organizational development of the enterprise (on the example of machine-building enterprises). The conceptual apparatus has been developed and refined by defining the concept of "corporate security of organizational development of the enterprise" on the basis of identifying and combining key conceptual positions of social responsibility, information transparency, compliance with quality standards of corporate governance organizational development through their harmonization with the interests of corporate governance to maximize profits. It is substantiated that the theoretical basis of corporate security is created by the theory of corporatism and the concept of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development. According to the analysis of the theory of corporatism, two approaches to defining the essence of corporate security through the concept of corporate governance: private-corporate and public-corporate. The main provisions of corporate security of organizational development are as follows: goals, functions, objectives and tools of corporate security are an integral part of the strategic management of development, as it harmonizes the goals and interests of the enterprise with groups involved in corporate relations; compliance and compliance with the principles of social responsibility, information transparency, quality standards of corporate governance; tools for corporate security include organizational and information techniques, methods, models that focus on organizational knowledge and best practices of corporate governance, mutually beneficial cooperation, strategic partnership. Methodological support for the analysis of corporate security of organizational development of enterprises, consisting of stages and methods for solving problems: modeling and identification of factors according to the formed set of indicators in accordance with defined criteria; construction of models of coherence and causal relationships between the identified factors of corporate security of the studied enterprises and the effectiveness of their activities; assessing the levels of corporate security, making strategic decisions on organizational development; assessment of corporate security of organizational changes in the enterprise. It is determined that the most priority areas that ensure corporate security of organizational development of the studied enterprises are: improving the quality of corporate governance through the formation and implementation of corporate norms, standards, compliance with information transparency, balance of interests and social responsibility; increasing the efficiency of the supervisory board by increasing the level of competence and training of its members; formation of strong managerial capacity through the development of organizational knowledge and strategic tools; development of systems of machines and production technologies of new generations with introduction of modern achievements of domestic and world science and technology; development and use of fundamentally new materials with predetermined properties that require minimal processing and are environmentally friendly; development and implementation of innovative projects that ensure the organization of the production process with the least environmental damage, minimization of toxic emissions and pollution. A methodical approach to providing the level of corporate security of organizational development of the enterprise on the parameters of asymmetry of information, effectiveness of the supervisory board and the possibility of corporate conflict, which identified build strategic tools. The developed strategic tools are grouped by information-analytical and organizational components according to the stages of initiation, planning, motivation and control for the implementation of organizational development strategy. The results of the approbation confirmed the practical significance of the developed methodological approach and strategic tools for ensuring corporate security of development processes in the activities of enterprises of PJSC "UPEK" and SPETSIUSAVTOMATIKA LLC.
