The dissertation is devoted to the formation of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations of interrogation tactics of participants of organized criminal groups and criminal organizations. The state of scientific research in the field of investigative (search) actions with members of organized criminal groups and criminal organizations is analyzed, based on the results of which the following areas are identified: research to study general aspects of combating organized crime without taking into account a specific area of criminal encroachment; scientific works, which offer theoretical and practical recommendations for combating organized crime and which are reflected in a specific type of criminal offense; works that are devoted to the tactical features of individual investigative (search) actions, but fragmentarily reveal the content of effective tactics, the use of which will increase the effectiveness of the investigation of criminal offenses committed by members of organized criminal groups and criminal organizations; monographs outlining the conceptual issues of forensic tactics and the fundamental provisions of forensic methodology. Modern directions of development and improvement of tactical features of interrogation of participants of organized criminal groups and criminal organizations are determined. A set of criminologically significant features and characteristics that characterize members of organized criminal groups and criminal organizations, as well as influence the choice of tactics of interrogation, including: socio-demographic data, socially dangerous characteristics, psychological traits and properties, intellectual characteristics, individual appearance persons and legal features. Tactical and procedural features of interrogation of participants of organized criminal groups and criminal organizations are systematized.
