Essay

The research of epistemological and ontological principles of outsourcing revealed the content of this category as part of the management strategy of the commodity producer, based on the concept of division of labour, organized as a sustainable business process, aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs and involving the transfer of works and services to a third party. A fundamental difference from other forms of contractual interaction is to guarantee the responsibility of the outsourcer for the performance of works and services, as well as the availability and regulation of a permanent or long-term basis for such cooperation.
