Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of transcultural competence formation of future musical art masters in the process of instrumental training. The dissertation presents a theoretical justification and proposes a new solution to the problem of forming transcultural competence of future masters of musical art in the process of instrumental training.The study substantiates the structure of transcultural competence of future musical art masters, which includes such interrelated components as: worldview (provides transcultural vision of the musical picture of the world with its value range, diagnosed by intentional-value criterion), competence (embraces transcultural awareness of the instrumental music of different geocultural regions and the ability to adequately reproduce its samples, can be assessed using cognitive-technological criterion) and creative (includes the ability to create and distribute musical-instrumental opuses of transcultural nature, diagnosed by creative-productive criterion), mastering of which allows graduates of music- pedagogical departments to be in demand in the international labor market and successfully perform their function of a guide of musical art in the conditions of geocultural processes. It is proved that taking into account such a key concept of transculturality as communication, communicative knowledge and skills are inherent in the structure of each component of transcultural competence and are diagnosed according to the relevant indicators. The study identifies pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of transcultural competence formation of the future musical art masters in the process of their instrumental training. They include: stimulating the motivational-value sphere of the personality of master students (aimed at actualizing positive motives and value orientations for the acquisition of transcultural competence in the field of musical-instrumental activities in its various forms); updating the content and forms of musical-instrumental training organization on the basis of transculturalism (construction of its content on the basis of comparative acquaintance of applicants with genre and style features of musical cultures of different regions of the world and the use of supranational means of musical expression; range of traditional and innovative forms of organization of the educational process); intensification of the research-creative activities of graduate students in a specially created transcultural educational environment.
