Essay

The object – professional and applied physical fitness of military engineers; the goal – to enhance the level of specific physical fitness of military engineers using the exercise program specifically designed to increase the amount of strength exercises as well as exercises for detecting of temporal, force and spatial parameters of movements; the methods – theoretical (analysis and overview of literature sources), sociological (questionnaires), pedagogical observation, pedagogical methods (testing, experiment) and methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty – for the first time the program of physical training have been scientifically substantiated, developed and experimentally tested using the means of specific physical exercises relevant to the nature of professional activity, providing the effectiveness of educational process for military engineers; physical fitness have been examined for military engineers – division commanders and mechanical engineers; the data have been increased on organizing and carrying out different aspects of physical training for the cadets; the information has been expanded on structural organization of physical training for military engineers; the concept of professional and applied physical training for military engineers gained further development, being necessary for implementation into physical practice to enhance the level of physical fitness of the cadets; the results – have been applied into the educational process of the military unit А 2615, Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy and International Peacekeeping and Security Center; can be implemented into training of military engineers in other military units, the National Guard, and the educational process of the relevant academic subjects in higher educational institutions; specialization – physical education and sport.
