Essay

The dissertation investigated the peculiarities of regulating the collision issues of legal status of legal entities by the norms of international private law of Germany, Great Britain and Ukraine. The analysis of legislation, judicial, arbitration practices, doctrines, international bilateral and multilateral agreements that have entered into force, as well as those who have not come into force, are carried out, but also contain important for this study. New approaches to solving problem situations are proposed and the directions of further research in this area are defined, in particular in the science of international private law of Ukraine.
