Pylypchak I. Improvement of cadet physical training in higher military educational institutions by means of crossfit at the stage of initial study

The object − cadet physical training in higher military educational institutions; the goal – to substantiate the content of physical training program for the cadets at higher military educational institutions at the beginning of study with the use of crossfit; the methods – theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature sources; sociological methods (questionnaires); physiological methods (defining the indicators of physical development, functional state and physical health); pedagogical methods (testing, experiment, observation); methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty – for the first time the program of physical training for the cadets at higher military educational institutions at the beginning of study with the use of crossfit means was substantiated; content of methodical support for the discipline “Physical Education and Special Physical Training” for the cadets of higher education was improved; information on the importance of crossfit in improving the physical activity of the cadets in higher military educational institutions was expanded; ideas on the means of improving the physical activity of the cadets at higher military educational institutions and their effectiveness in professional activities gained further development; scientific and methodological principles on the level and dynamics of physical activity, physical development, and physical health of the cadets at higher military educational institutions at the beginning of study have been further developed; the results – have been applied in the system of physical training at higher military educational institutions of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy (act of 11.08.2020); Zhytomyr Military Institute named after S. P. Koroliov (act of 07.08.2020); Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (act of 19.08.2020); specialization – physical education and sport.
