Berezhnyak N. Obligations to acquire, preserve property without a sufficient legal basis in the civil law of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of obligations in connection with the acquisition, preservation of property without a sufficient legal basis. The paper considers the legal nature of these obligations, their legal regulation and application of law in the jurisprudence of Ukraine. The essence of the concept of obligations to acquire, preserve property without sufficient legal basis, which consists in improper increase of own property of one person, which should belong to another person and its simultaneous reduction in another has been studied, and describes its main components: «obligations», «acquisition of property», «preservation of property», «groundlessness» and «enrichment».
