Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the combatants’ personal coping resources restoration issue. The choice of the thesis research topic is conditioned by the armed confrontation between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, where the psychophysiological condition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine service personnel as participants in hostilities is destructive. Excessive depletion of their resources leads to an increased risk of post-traumatic stress disorder, maladaptive mental states, and other negative social manifestations. Therefore, timely, high-quality, and fully operational restoration of the personal coping resources of combatants will help reduce these risks and increase their level of combat capability, creating favourable conditions for the successful performance of official duties.
