Yurchenko V. Psychology of procedural guidance of the prosecutor during the pre-trial investigation

The first in the domestic science of legal psychology dissertation, that is special complex research of psychology of law subjects enforcement agencies of Ukraine, procedural supervision of the prosecutor during pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses in the form of procedural guidance. In the course of the study the author offers his own definition of the concept of procedural guidance of pre-trial investigation. Within the framework of the conducted research, the analysis of procedural components of prosecutorial activity is carried out, the peculiarities of the prosecutor's participation in the investigation of criminal offenses are determined and singled out. The psychology of investigative (search) actions, interaction of the procedural manager with participants of criminal proceedings at all stages of pre-trial investigation, as well as before its beginning and entering information about the commission of a criminal offense in the Unified Register of pre-trial investigations in the form of investigation and inquiry were researched. Within the framework of the conducted research the study presents the features of the participants in criminal proceedings at the stage of pre-trial investigation to establish psychological contact with the prosecutor and the use of special psychological knowledge, which was investigated through the prism of procedural components of prosecutorial activity. Procedural components of prosecutorial activity through the prism of procedural guidance are revealed.
