Essay

In the dissertation, the problem of influence of psychological safety of educational environment on self-actualization of teachers of establishments of professional higher education is е theoretically and empirically investigated. The object of the dissertation research is the self-actualization of the teachers of the pedagogical college, the subject – the psychological safety of the educational environment as a factor of self-actualization of the teachers of the pedagogical college. The purpose of the study has been to provide a theoretical justification and experimental study of the impact of psychological safety of the educational environment on the self-actualization of teachers of pedagogical colleges. The scientific novelty of the results is that: for the first time: • the content and specifics of self-actualization of teachers of pedagogical colleges are substantiated; • organizational and professional (work experience, position, field of education, qualification category) and socio-demographic (gender, age, marital status) features of self-actualization of teachers of pedagogical colleges are determined; • the influence of psychological safety of the educational environment on the self-actualization of teachers of pedagogical colleges is theoretically substantiated and empirically proved; • developed and tested a program to promote self-actualization of teachers of pedagogical colleges, taking into account the psychological safety of the educational environment; deepened knowledge about the essence of the concepts "psychological safety of the educational environment", "self-actualization of the teacher of the pedagogical college"; provisions on the self-actualization of the individual and the psychological safety of the educational space; the idea of indicators and factors of self-actualization of specialists are of further development. The practical significance of the study determined by the fact that the factual materials, theoretical provisions and conclusions of the dissertation research can be used in the system of professional higher education to form psychological safety of educational space of teachers of pedagogical colleges and promote their selfactualization. psychological service aimed at the psychological support of a modern teacher capable of self-actualization and self-realization. The developed author's program to promote self-actualization of teachers of pedagogical college in a psychologically safe educational environment implemented in the system of professional higher education of Ukraine, the practice of training and retraining of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff of pedagogical colleges.
