Kabayev V. Criminal liability for crimes committed by officials who hold a particularly responsible position

The thesis is devoted to research of the grounds of criminal liability for the crimes committed by the officials holding a particularly responsible post. Section 1 of the thesis examines the dynamics and system of the criminal legal norms on the liability of the persons holding a particularly responsible post in the Criminal Code of Ukraine of 2021. The changes, which have taken place in the aspect of understanding the meaning of the concept “an official holding a particularly responsible post” are analyzed. The main vectors of such changes are determined: 1) transition from a common definition of concepts “an official holding a responsible post” and “an official holding a particularly responsible post” to their separate definition in different parts of the note to Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
