The specifics of the multifaceted activity of the modern cultural and leisure center have been studied, which contributed to the understanding of it as an attractive phenomenon in the context of globalization. It is stated that the cultural and leisure center is a socio-cultural institution, the main function of which is to organize people to work together, to meet the cultural needs of the individual and solve specific sociocultural problems. It was found that the attractiveness of the cultural and leisure center and its evaluation in the domestic scientific literature belongs to the little-studied aspects. In the dissertation, attractiveness is considered as a special type of cultural and leisure activities that can be assessed based on objective and subjective factors. It is noted that in the context of assessing the attractiveness of the cultural and leisure center, 9 this involves the analysis of such parameters as uniqueness, aesthetics, contrast, exoticism of the proposed practices and comfort in the process of their implementation. The influence of attractiveness on the development of cultural and leisure activities in the context of globalization is theorized. It was found that knowledge of the mechanisms of attraction opens up opportunities for qualitative analysis of the cultural and leisure center and helps to increase its efficiency. Based on the analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of attraction, the definition and essence of attraction in the context of the phenomenon of cultural and leisure center in the context of globalization are specified. It is stated that in the context of a modern cultural and leisure center, attractiveness, which is traditionally associated with entertainment, leisure and free time spending, is considered as the main driving force of its development. The concept of the phenomenon of attractiveness as a way to increase interest in the modern cultural and leisure center is proposed. Based on the analysis of sociological, philosophical and culturological literature, in the context of modern science the phenomenon of attractiveness of the cultural and leisure center, including psychological foundations, value-semantic priorities and socio-cultural significance is revealed. In the context of this conceptual direction, the concept of attractiveness of cultural and leisure activities is developed, which corresponds to the formula of efficiency of cultural and leisure center activities (attracting attention, activating imagination, intellectual activity) and endowed with the quality of attractiveness. In the study, we understand the attractive phenomenon of the cultural and leisure center as an important part of cultural and leisure activities, which includes the formation and consumption of positive impressions for visitors to the center. A methodology which allows to research the cultural and leisure center as an attractive phenomenon in the context of globalization has been developed. It is based on the application of interdisciplinary and systematic approach, which involves the 10 study of this issue in the unity of cultural, philosophical and aesthetic, psychological and sociological aspects, as well as technological, methodological and artistic and aesthetic problems, respectively. The transformational processes of the cultural and leisure center in the context of postmodernism are considered and the changes of the paradigm of leisure attraction are revealed. It is stated that the formation of a new experience of leisure is directly related to this cultural phenomenon and its effects on changing the image of feelings and the new structure of consciousness, regardless of the value and adequacy of socio-cultural theories. The space of leisure is filled with new meanings, in particular, the concept of "consumption" acquires special significance for leisure, as well as for many other activities in the era of globalization.
