The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical principles, development of methodological provisions and scientific and practical recommendations for the development of quality management mechanism of the enterprise logistics activity. The essence of logistics activities of the enterprise in the conditions of modern management is considered, approaches concerning management of quality of logistic activity in system of management of the enterprise are investigated, methodological approaches concerning definition of level of quality of logistic activity of the enterprise are analyzed. The direct connection and interaction of logistic activity of any enterprise with the external environment is determined and the basic modern preconditions of realization of logistic activity of the enterprise are revealed, namely: globalization, technical progress and knowledge economy. It is determined that the achievement of goals is closely related to the management of the quality of the enterprise logistics activities. The external factors influencing the quality management of logistics activities of enterprises are studied taking into account the peculiarities of regional markets, the level of implementation of logistics goals at enterprises is assessed, the level of balance of logistics goals of enterprises is determined. The positions of the regions of Ukraine on the indicators of the volume of transportation and on the indicator of the volume of sales were determined and analyzed. Based on expert assessments, the levels of realization of logistics goals are calculated. In the dissertation work it is offered to consider balance of ecological, social and economic purposes of the logistic enterprises, as their mutual coherence in the direction of changes and speed of changes. A scientific and methodological approach to determining the quality of logistics activities of the enterprise is proposed. Which, in contrast to the existing ones, is defined as the square root of the product of the integrated indicator of the level of balance of logistics goals and the integrated indicator of the level of realization of the desired logistics goals. This approach allows you to track trends in the direction and speed of change of logistics goals from the standpoint of managing the level of achievement of desired goals. Peculiarities of formation of the mechanism of quality management of logistic activity of the enterprise are investigated, influence of balance of the purposes on quality of groups of the logistic purposes of the enterprise is considered, the administrative substantiation of measures for increase of quality of logistic activity of the enterprise is given. It is proposed to expand the understanding of the concept of quality management mechanism of logistics activities, in contrast to the existing interpretation, to the system of basic forms, methods, levers, tools, norms, criteria for improving the achievement of logistics goals, taking into account the principle of balanced goals with a set of methods of managerial influence on the implementation of tasks and goals, creating a system of coordination of environmental, social and economic goals. The scientific and methodical approach of definition of influence of balance of the purposes on quality of groups of the logistic purposes of the enterprise is offered. This approach is applied to each analyzed enterprise. For this purpose the general most important local purposes of the logistics enterprises are defined. Expert analysis has identified the links between these local goals. The probability of realization of each of the local goals is estimated. The significance of the result for a specific purpose for a particular analyzed enterprise is determined. Based on the calculations of the value of the average score for one goal for a certain group of goals for each analyzed logistics company recommended a number of management measures to improve the quality of logistics activities.
