Slurdenko D. Features of self-government of militiamen (on an example of servicemen of National guard of Ukraine)

The theoretical analysis and empirical research of law enforcement self- management issue of on the example of the servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine have been carried out. As a result of combat psycho traumatization, the development of stress, exhausting of psychological resources and behavioral disorders have been observed among law enforcement officers. In these conditions psychological support of the law enforcement mainly focused on forming of servicemen’s favorable conditions (psychological readiness, determination, etc.) and prevention of formation and development of negative mental states, working on their circumstances as well. During professional psychological training the personnel is taught to control their state depending on the external conditions of the service and combat activities. Therefore, the issue of controlling of psychological state of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine becomes actual.
