The dissertation was conducted on the holistic analysis educational and experimental activity of Demianiuk Tamara Dmytrivna (1944-2013) within the context development of education and training in the XX-XXI centuries toward the update of the pedagogical experience of scientist in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School.
The development of pedagogical science, including the theory and method of education, at the current stage, is not feasible without the analysis of the contribution of certain prominent personalities to this process, creative use of the heritage of meaningful pedagogical personalities for comprehension and problem-solving in modern education and pedagogical science. In particular, is an updated need to research education, experimental and educative activity of Demianiuk Tamara Dmytrivna (1944-2013) – a well-known Ukrainian pedagogue, a specialist in the theory and methods of education, Doctor of Pedagogical Science, Associate Professor, Honoured Worker of Education of Ukraine, Distinguished Worker of Public Education, a member of the Commission for innovative activity and research experimental work in educational institutions of Ukraine of the Scientific and Methodological Council for Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, the person with an encyclopedic knowledge of the humanities, a highly intellectual personality, a supporter and active implementer of humanistic ideas in education.
In the process of scientific research, the author was clarified the sense of fundamental concepts of “educational activities”, and “experimental and educative activities” and derived from their derivatives. The educational activity of T. Demianiuk is determined as a form of social practice, as a kind of professional activity, the meaning of which is training, education, personal development, and the formation of personal values. In this case, the educational activity of Demianiuk Tamara Dmytrivna is one of the major factors in her personal development, condition, and results in community development. In turn “experimental and educative activities” is thoughtful, the targeted process of designing and testing new educational practices, which takes into account factors of uncertainty but is aimed at the examination and strict monitoring of modifications in this practice; this is an important means of development of the pedagogical system, elaboration, and implementation of innovations for the creation of new knowledge and the models of an educational process, which contribute to the improvement of quality and efficiency education of students. In essence, the “experimental and educative activities” of the practicing teacher T. Demianiuk is an innovative research activity with set output installations that represent specific solutions to regulate this activity.

The life and creative work of a scientist and teacher are revealed on the basis of phenomenological and biographical approaches through historical and cultural foundations within the context of the development of education and pedagogical opinion of two periods – the Soviet-era and the period of State Independence of Ukraine.
The paper was determined the leading factors of the formation of pedagogical training T. Demianiuk (household, family, and social environment; social economic, political; the school system and institute’s education (graduate education); pedagogical and scientific activity; professional environment; self-education and self-development); it is characterized the directions educational activity T. Demianiuk (head of the office of the educational work and school libraries Rivne Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education; development of the state documents on education; teaching activity; organization trend ( head of the department of Theory and Methods of Education of Rivne State University for the Humanities; head of the All-Ukrainian Research Laboratory of Innovative Technologies; management of state budget topics; collaboration with educational institutions of various levels; organization and holding of scientific-practical conferences, seminars of various levels); experimental and educational activity; scientific and methodological activity; training pedagogical and research and educational staff.
The practical mean of investigation consists in the actualization of the pedagogical experience of T. Demianiuk and substantiating the outlook of its interpretation with the aim of organizing and improving innovative experimental education activities of institutions of general, extracurricular, and higher education.
