The thesis is a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal framework for standardisation in construction in Ukraine. The thesis provides theoretical generalisation and new solution of scientific task, which is to reveal the essence and specificities of the administrative and legal framework for standardisation in construction, as well as relying on positive domestic and foreign experience, to establish areas of improving administrative legal principles of formation and implementation of standardisation in construction. The scientific novelty of the results is that the thesis identifies key elements of the administrative and legal mechanism for standardisation in construction, the system of regulating and standardising construction is analysed. The main features of administrative and legal relations in the field of construction are analysed. The issue of legal regulatory mechanism, including regulatory and legal principles for establishing and approving standards in construction, is considered. The regulatory and legal framework for the powers and competence of executive bodies in the field of construction is analysed. In the work, the historical experience of administrative and legal regulatory framework for the construction industry of Ukraine is studied. The administrative and legal status of economic associations in the field of construction is defined. Foreign experience is considered and ways of harmonisation of Ukrainian legislation in the field of construction are determined. The conceptual provisions of the state control in the field of construction as a necessary element of the administrative and legal regulatory system of construction are revealed.
