Maslov O. Phytochemical study and standardization medicines with antioxidant activity from green tea leaves

The thesis is dedicated to the phytochemical investigation of green tea leaf extracts and the development of methods for the analysis of medicinal properties with antioxidant activity, created on their basis. The expediency of determining the antioxidant activity by the potentiometric method was substantiated, the influence of ethanol concentration was investigated, and the terms expressing the level of AOA were proposed. Standardization of green tea leaves was carried out in accordance with the requirements of EF 9.0. With the help of classical and modern instrumental methods of analysis, catechins, flavonoids, alkaloids, hydroxycinnamic and organic acids were detected in green tea leaves. The technology for obtaining a liquid extract of green tea leaves was developed, the parameters of its standardization was proposed, and the MCQ project "Liquid Green Tea Extract" was developed. The composition and technology of obtaining granules with green tea leaf extract were substantiated; the parameters of their standardization were developed. Standardization of dietary supplement "Kahinol" was carried out according to the requirements of SPhU and the parameter of antioxidant activity.
