Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of the conceptual and theoretical and development of scientific and methodological provisions, the development of practical recommendations for organizational and economic support for the realization of the export potential of enterprises of the woodworking industry. The theoretical aspects of organizational and economic support for the realization of the export potential of an industrial enterprise are considered, and the concept of "export potential of an enterprise" is generalized: as an economic category that reflects the totality of the main means of production, stocks (production, work-in-progress, finished products, etc.), sources of resources that form and use the opportunities of enterprise development, through the application of quality enterprise management, to achieve its defined goal; as an economic indicator or a set of indicators that provide a quantitative assessment of the export potential, necessary for the management of the enterprise. A generalized study of the essence of the concept of organizational and economic support of industrial enterprises was carried out, as well as, in a separate order, approaches to the definition of the term "management" were investigated, the components of the mechanism and structure of the organizational and economic support of the export potential of an industrial enterprise were supplemented. The main trends in the development of woodworking enterprises in Ukraine and problematic aspects of their activity have been determined: the high dependence of the woodworking sector on the state of development of logging enterprises; unfair competition, regulation of the raw material market, and the use of political and legal provisions in its distribution; unsolved issues of pricing of raw materials; low level of profitability; a high share of exports of primary processing goods; lack of own logistics capabilities and export of products in small enterprises, which are the majority in the market. The application of the methodology of taxonomic analysis made it possible to quantitatively measure the indicators of different natures of origin, as a result of the study it was found that despite the specialization of the studied enterprises related to sawmilling and planning production and the production of wood products, they have different export potential and opportunities for its implementation, which is due to their different organizational and economic support. An analysis of the sensitivity of the export potential to factor influence was carried out and the target factors were determined: the growth of the share of products with high added value and the formation of integrated network structures; governing factors: the level of innovative development, the state of the technological production base, the availability of financial and investment resources; indicator factors: raw materials and human resources. It was found that the enterprises of the woodworking industry should focus their efforts on the growth of products with high added value (products of secondary wood processing) and the formation of regional integrated structures. Scenarios of change of the entire set of factor influence under the condition of change of target factors are simulated, which allow to form of various variants of the behavior of the object in the future under the influence of factors that affect it and to identify the conditions of promotion and non-promotion of the chosen behavior of the object. Using the impulse modeling methodology, it was found that each scenario is characterized by a different rate of change of factors that affect the export potential of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of the existing forms of network structures in the woodworking industry, classification features were developed for the grouping of large networks by features of the type of contractual agreements (formalized, informal), the organizational and legal form of their association (association, public union, concern, consortium), the level of activity ( active, inactive, inactive). In order to economically justify the choice of the core of a large network structure, a comparative analysis of the efficiency of logging, woodworking, and furniture production enterprises was conducted and it was found that wood processing enterprises, which should form the core of the network, have the highest economic efficiency. The results of the correlation-regression analysis confirmed the presence of a close relationship between export volumes, the cost of raw materials, and added value in the structure of the cost of the enterprise's sold products. The developed regression models are a tool for enterprises in the woodworking industry to plan their organizational changes, which are associated with the growth of the share of products with a large added value.
