Essay

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the formation of a democratic and legal Ukrainian state, integration into the European and world community, rethinking the role and significance of higher education have set a number of pedagogical tasks for the training of a competent foreign language teacher capable of improving their professional skills. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is substantiated; the connection of the work with scientific programs, plans, subjects is indicated; the purpose and objectives, object and subject, research methods are determined; the scientific novelty and practical significance of the results obtained are stated; information on publications, structure and scope of the dissertation is presented. The first section – “Theoretical Foundations of Future German Language Teachersʼ Training in Higher Education Institutions on the Basis of Acmeological Approach” – considers the state of development of the research problem in the scientific literature, specifies the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the research, highlights the peculiarities of future German language teachersʼ training in higher education institutions on the basis of acmeological approach. The second section – “Diagnostics of Future German Language Teachersʼ Training on the Basis of Acmeological Approach” – analyzes the state of future German language teachersʼ training in higher education institutions; defines the criteria, indicators and levels of future German language teachersʼ readiness in higher education institutions; describes the organization of the study and the program of the ascertaining stage of the experiment.The third section – “Experimental Verification of the Effectiveness of Pedagogical Conditions of Future German Teachersʼ Training Based on the Acmeological Approach” – presents the modeling of future German teachersʼ training based on the acmeological approach, substantiates the pedagogical conditions of future German teachersʼ training based on the acmeological approach and describes their implementation, analyzes and summarizes the results of the experimental study. The practical significance of the obtained results consist in the developed diagnostic tools, improvement of the content of curriculum and educational and methodological support of such disciplines as “Practical course of the German language”, “Methodology of teaching a second foreign language (German)”, “Methodology of teaching a second foreign language (German) in institutions of specialized secondary education”, “Practical grammar of the German language”, “Pedagogy” and others; modernization of the content of practice of future teachers of the German language; preparation of didactic materials (a bank of creative projects, assignments for practical classes, etc.) for students of the Bachelorʼs and Masterʼs degrees. The authorʼs course “Project-based learning of the German language: visions, strategies, perspectives” has been developed, which will contribute to the improvement of the content of professional training of competitive professionals within the educational and professional program “Secondary education (Language and literature (English, German))”.
