The dissertation presents a new solution to the problem of forming the pedagogical culture of future officers of the Ground Army in the process of studying humanitarian disciplines.
The scientific novelty of the results is that:
– for the first time the pedagogical conditions for the formation of pedagogical culture of future officers of the the Ground Forces in the process of studying humanities are defined and theoretically substantiated (systematic motivation of cadets of Higher Military Education Institutions and formation of a value-based attitude of future officers of the Ground Forces to the acquisition of pedagogical culture; expansion of the cognitive component of the pedagogical culture of future officers of the Ground Forces by activating the educational and cognitive activity of cadets in the study of humanities using interactive technologies; formation of practical skills and abilities of optimal interaction in a military team at the level of manifestation of pedagogical culture of future officers of the Ground Forces in simulated interactive situations; creation of an optimal interactive educational environment for cadets to test the formed level of pedagogical culture in order to determine the ways of pedagogical self-improvement of future officers of the Ground Forces) and methods of their implementation in the process of studying humanitarian disciplines; developed a structural and functional model of formation of pedagogical culture of future the Ground Forces officers in the process of studying humanitarian disciplines as a set of socially significant and targeted (social order and purpose of the study), scientific and methodological (methodological approaches and principles), practical and methodological (pedagogical conditions, methods, forms of training), control and evaluation (components and criteria of pedagogical culture of future the Ground Forces officers), expectation and evaluation (level of formation of pedagogical culture of future officers of the Ground Forces) blocks, which makes it possible to purposefully direct the humanitarian training of future officers of the Ground Forces to the formation of pedagogical culture;
– the content and essence of the concepts of «military education» and «pedagogical culture of future the Ground Forces officers» are improved, the criteria (motivational and value, theoretical and knowledge, expedient and procedural, reflective and self-improvement), components (motivational and axiological, cognitive and worldview, activity and behavioral, personal development) and levels (high, medium, satisfactory, low) of the formation of pedagogical culture of future the Ground Forces officers are substantiated;
the content of humanitarian training of cadets and students in higher military educational institutions, forms and methods of forming the pedagogical culture of future officers of the Ground Forces in the process of studying humanitarian disciplines using interactive technologies were further developed.
The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development and implementation of the educational process of Higher Military Educational Institutions:
– methods of forming the pedagogical culture of future officers of the Ground Forces through the use of interactive forms, methods, technologies in the process of studying humanities («Military Pedagogy and Psychology (including Conflictology)», «Military Pedagogy», «Military Leadership», «Psychology of Military Leadership», «Social and Psychological Technologies of Military Collectives Management», «Organization of Moral and Psychological Support of Units’ Actions»; «Methodological Aspects of the Military Pedagogical Process», «Psychological Training of Personnel», «Training Technologies in Training and Education of Military Personnel», «Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of Military Leadership», «Ethics of Professional Activity of Military Leaders», «Fundamentals of Military Management», «Military Pedagogy and Psychology (including Leadership)», «Moral and Psychological Support for Training and Employment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine»);
– author’s tests, questionnaires, interactive tasks to determine the levels of formation of each component of the pedagogical culture of future officers of the Ground Forces;
– a textbook «Pedagogical Culture of Future Officers».
The results of the study can be used in the preparation of textbooks and manuals, development of training courses for the development of managerial, organizational, psychological, pedagogical, cultural, and leadership qualities of future officers of the Ground Forces.
