Gavrylovskyi S. Management of the Scientific and Research Activity of Future Managers of Educational Institutions in the Conditions of Master`s Degree by Means of Information and Communications Technologies

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of managing the scientific and research activity of future managers of educational institutions in the conditions of Master's degree by means of information and communications technologies, which is revealed in justification of the theoretical foundations and experimental verification of the developed model of management of the scientific and research activity of future managers of educational institutions in the conditions of Master's degree by means of information and communications technologies. The research and analysis of scientific sources on the research problem at the methodical, theoretical and methodological levels allows to characterize the scientific and research activity of future managers of educational establishments in the conditions of Master's degree as a research activity of a scientific nature, aimed at explaining phenomena, processes, establishing their connections and relationships, theoretical and experimental substantiation of facts, identification of regularities using scientific methods of cognition, as a result of which the subjective nature of activity can acquire objective significance and novelty. The organization and conduction of a pedagogical experiment on the study of the management of the scientific and research activity of future managers of educational institutions in the conditions of Master's degree by means of information and communications technologies is presented in ascertaining, formative and generalizing stages. At the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment, a questionnaire survey of a group of students of the second (Master's) level of higher education in the specialty 073 "Management" of the educational and professional programs "Management of an Educational Institution" and "Educational Establishment Management" was carried out in order to analyze the state of the studied problem, to determine its prospects and significance for the national education system, to develop a methodology, to implement primary systematization and generalization of research materials. According to the results of the ascertaining stage, a structural and functional model of management of the scientific and research activity of future managers of educational institutions in the conditions of Master's degree by means of information and communications technologies was developed and scientifically substantiated, which is oriented towards the development of a qualitatively new system of conducting scientific and research activity and the improvement of methodological support for the management of scientific and research activities. At the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment, the effectiveness of the implemented scientifically-based model of managing the scientific and research activity of future managers of educational institutions in the conditions of Master's degree was tested using information and communications technologies, and its evaluation was carried out according to the developed criteria and diagnostic apparatus. At the generalization stage of the pedagogical experiment, the results were summarized and the ways of improving the management of scientific and research activity of future managers of educational institutions in the conditions of Master's degree by means of information and communications technologies were developed. Summarizing the results of the conducted research, we can state that the proposed model of management of the scientific and research activity of future managers of educational institutions in the conditions of Master's degree by means of information and communications technologies makes it possible to systematize and forecast new directions and methods of management activities by scientific and pedagogical staff.
