Essay

The dissertation formulated and solved an actual scientific and practical task - improving the management of logistics support of the e-commerce system of construction industry enterprises and increasing the efficiency of their operation. The existing definitions of the concept of electronic commerce are systematized into four main concepts for defining the essence of electronic commerce: electronic commerce as any commercial operations (transactions), including financial and trade; electronic commerce as buying and selling of goods and services; e-commerce as a full cycle of commercial operations (including logistics); e-commerce as a profit-oriented activity (value creation). The conceptual and categorical apparatus of economic science was developed in the part of interpretation of the concept of electronic commerce, which is defined as all digital (electronic) commercial transactions and other business processes of the trade and technological process, which are related to the organization of electronic activities of the enterprise and are carried out using information and communication networks, including the Internet computer network. Also it has been formulated set of principles which forms the features of the e-commerce system of enterprises. The legislative acts of Ukraine, which reflect the legal essence of the concept of electronic commerce in order to determine the degree of regulation of e-commerce activities by the legislation of Ukraine. It has been revealed the features of the functioning of the elements of the e-commerce system of enterprises. Have been researched existing approaches to management in order to determine the most optimal approach to managing the logistics support of the e-commerce system of enterprises. The peculiarities of the functioning of the existing logistics flows of the e-commerce system of enterprises are revealed in order to understand how these flows unite subsystems of the service approach of the management of the e-commerce system of enterprises and ensure their interaction. Was assessed the state of logistics support of the e-commerce system of enterprises of the construction industry through the analysis of financial and economic indicators of the activity of medium and large enterprises of the construction materials industry, which made it possible to cluster the surveyed enterprises according to the degree of development of the logistics support of the enterprise's e-commerce system. The application of the full cluster analysis method made it possible to reveal the general trends of the functioning of the e-commerce system of the construction industry enterprise with a differentiated level of logistics management. An effective model of the functioning of the e-commerce system of construction industry enterprises is proposed in the context of improving the management of it`s logistics support for each cluster of enterprises, which is achieveing as a result of the reorganization of the management of the e-commerce system of the construction industry enterprise according to the D2C model and on the principles of the theory of limited systems, which, in contrast to existing approaches, allows expanding or eliminating bottlenecks in the logistics support of the e-commerce system of enterprises. The application of the method of discrete-event modeling, as part of the process of reorganization of the logistic support of the EKP system, made it possible to come to the conclusion that, that the business processes of the D2C sales model in the e-commerce system of the construction industry enterprise allows you to control the intensity and frequency of received orders from the electronic sales channels of the enterprise's e-commerce system, which in turn leads to taking into account the balance of financial, time, human, and material resources at the stage of planning the development of logistics support of the e-commerce system of the construction industry enterprise. A multifactorial correlation-regression analysis was conducted for each of the clusters according to the level of development of the e-commerce system of enterprises of the building materials industry in order to develop recommendations for improving the logistical support of the e-commerce system of enterprises of the construction industryThus, in the dissertation work was developed the author's approach to the management of logistics support of the e-commerce system of construction industry enterprises, which is based on the implementation of a direct D2C model of the interaction between enterprises and end-consumers and prioritization and improvement of the quality of communication links of logistics support based on a service approach. The introduction of such a management approach ensures the maximum elimination of weak points in the logistics chain, which will contribute to reducing costs and increasing the profitability of enterprises in the construction industry.
