Chubatenko O. Electoral technologies in the conditions of information society development in Ukraine

In the dissertation the place of election technologies in the conditions of formation of information society is substantiated and prospects of application of the newest election technologies in Ukraine are defined. Firstly• studied the role and place of electoral technologies in the process of forming the information society, as the democratic transformations taking place in Ukraine and informatization of society increase the importance and efficiency of electoral technologies, where they are a modern and effective tool for managing public opinion. the promises they make during the election campaign, as well as a strong influence on the electorate to ensure their support in the election through modern information and communication capabilities; the author's definition of the latest election technologies is formulated, which is a set of actions aimed at studying the electoral situation, using scientific approaches and sociological research using the latest information and communication tools to influence voters to achieve political success in elections; the transformation of election technologies in modern election campaigns, in the formation of the information society, where it is proved that information and communication technologies in the electoral process expands communication opportunities for politicians, as there is a rapprochement of candidates and voters, where voters could inform the candidate problem, and the politician could offer a solution to this problem in real time.
