Essay

The dissertation work is a scientific study devoted to clarifying the nature and disclosing the essence of the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations, as well as the development of specific proposals specific proposals aimed at their proper legislative support. The dissertation aims to clarify the general characteristics of the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations through a systematic determination of the content of these rights and their sociolegal significance. The realization of these rights aims to provide individuals with disabilities access to benefits and social values that arise from the sphere of labor relations. Such benefits are achievable by exercising the rights that belong to persons with disabilities. The achievement of this goal requires sufficient grounds (factual, regulatory, and proceduralprocedural) and conditions. It involves fulfilling a set of tasks, including: the voluntary commission of actions by a person with a disability to materialize their rights; an appeal to a competent entity to ensure, protect, and defend the rights of persons with disabilities; and the realization of legal measures for selfdefense of their rights. Achieving the desired goal of realizing the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations requires the realization of these rights to meet the requirements of general and special legal principles. Only then can society gradually transform into an inclusive society in which persons with disabilities can fully exist, like persons without disabilities. The special principles for the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities in the field of labor relations include the principle of accessibility of workplaces for persons with disabilities, the principle of affirmative action to ensure the realization of their rights, and the principle of reasonable workplace accommodations for employees with disabilities.
